Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuReDec™ ("the Service"), operated by Advanced Binary Operations LLC, a California limited liability company (CA Entity No. B20260081616) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuReDec is an evidence-backed executive decision support tool. You submit a decision question, and the Service researches evidence from web, academic, and video sources to produce a structured Executive Decision Brief with cited references.

3. Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

4. Age of Users

The Service is intended solely for adults 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Service and do not collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR Article 8) as a matter of policy.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Parents or legal guardians who discover a minor has registered should contact [email protected] immediately.

Briefs generated on topics affecting a minor (for example, a child's education, health, or finances) are AI-generated informational content only and do not constitute professional advice for or about that minor.

5. Pricing and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

Starter Pack and Additional Briefs: No refunds on one-time purchases once a brief has been generated. If you purchased but have not used any briefs, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Professional and Enterprise subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the start of your first subscription period. After 7 days, your subscription continues until the end of the billing period with no further charges.

Your content: You retain ownership of the questions you submit and the briefs generated for you. You may use, share, and export your briefs freely.

Our content: The Service, including its algorithms, prompts, design, and code, is our intellectual property. The cited sources in briefs belong to their respective authors.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

QuReDec uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate decision briefs. All briefs are AI-generated outputs synthesized from publicly available evidence sources. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete analysis. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Decision briefs are informational tools only and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided.

11. Regulated Domains — Not Professional Advice

The Service may generate briefs on topics that intersect with regulated professional domains, including but not limited to medicine, healthcare, finance, investment, and law. You acknowledge and agree that:

QuReDec is not a licensed professional service provider in any regulated domain. No information provided through the Service should be interpreted as professional advice of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, decisions made based on brief content, or any errors or omissions in the information provided. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account page or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Consumer protection carve-out. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you non-waivable consumer rights, nothing in these Terms deprives you of those mandatory protections or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as permitted by applicable law.
